How long will the wooden blades last?
The wooden blades will last approximately 1.5 years and then you can rotate the blades 180 ° for another 1.5 years.

What is the maximum temperature of the BBQ when using the Adjustable BBQ Scraper?
Suggested maximum temperature is 300° F. Do not USE over direct flames. The ideal grill grate cleaning time is at pre-heat or you can cleaned when the grill grates are cold. If you clean the grill grates at a higher temperature the blades will wear at a faster rate.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the USA and Canada. Hoping to expand to Europe next year.

What is your return policy?
We try to keep returns as simply as possible. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
